This number is always staffed by an experienced insurance specialist and serves as your first point of contact for claims processing.

CHECKLIST

  1. Write down exactly what happened (if possible with time)

  2. Save evidence (e.g. take photos, copy emails) and sort them well (place and date). Of course, we support you in properly sorting claims documents, but it is extremely important to have a good structure right from the start, so that across departments, all your personnel that is concerned with the claim adheres to the same structures

  3. Write down phone numbers of witnesses, if applicabe

  4. Please consult us in advance for any communication with harmed parties
